A new practice with one attorney.
Michael Yap opened a workers’ compensation practice representing injured workers across Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Inspire MC was the firm’s marketing partner from the start.
A new firm has no reputation to borrow. People searching for help after a work injury need to find the practice, understand it quickly, and trust it enough to call. Inspire MC handled all of it as one project: a brand identity, a website the firm owns, a content program, and local search, with a specialist on each and one team around the firm. The firm would own everything we built, unlike a campaign that stops when the spend does.
An identity built around one mark.
Our brand designers built the identity around one mark: an M made of two open panels, with the firm’s name set in two weights so the attorney’s name carries the most weight.
The mark holds up at every size the firm needed, from the website header to social profiles, Google Business Profiles, and signage, and in a single color, so the firm reads as the same practice everywhere it appears.

A website built for intake.
Our web team designed, built, and ran mywcattorney.com, the firm’s main website and the center of its intake. Every page leads to a free case evaluation, the conversion path is the same on desktop and phone, the site is available in English, Spanish, and Chinese, and a long FAQ section, written by our content and SEO specialists, answers the questions injured workers actually search for, in plain language the firm approved.
Our search specialists wrote the FAQ as plain questions with direct answers, structured so the same content could rank in standard results, appear in Google’s AI Overviews, and be picked up by AI assistants when someone asks about a work injury. We handled answer engine optimization, generative engine optimization, and local SEO together, so the firm was ready early for how people now look for a lawyer.

Content the firm could keep up.
Our content team produced the firm’s video with Michael on camera, wrote the captions, and ran the Instagram strategy, with posts pointing to the same intake path as the website. The feed grew to 451 posts: short videos answering common questions, black-and-white editorial carousels for the workers’ comp audience, and AI-generated video from our production team where it fit.
The aim was steady, useful posting on a production routine the firm could sustain.
Local search, office by office.
Injured workers find a lawyer the way everyone does now: a search, a map result, and the reviews under it. Our local search team built Google Business Profiles for each office, kept name, address, and phone data consistent across listings, and treated review responses as part of intake. The Chino Hills office holds a 4.9 rating from 93 reviews.
When the firm expanded to San Diego by acquiring a retiring attorney’s practice and domain, our web and local search teams handled the rollout together: location pages, local listings, and migrating the acquired domain into the firm’s website under one brand. The firm’s site went from 2 keywords in Google’s top 10 at the start of 2025 to 17 by August 2026.
Chino Hills
The main office. 4.9 stars from 93 Google reviews.
Diamond Bar
The second office, with its own profile and reviews.
San Diego
Opened through the acquisition of a retiring attorney’s practice and domain.
What it means for the next firm.
This practice started from zero. Our brand, web, content, and local search specialists worked as one team on a mark that holds up, a website that gets to the point, content the firm can sustain, and local listings that turn searches into calls. The next firm gets the same team.
